These demountables are always disappointing, big on the outside small on the inside. Only 1/4 missing but it seems like 1/2. A cramped driving too especially with the Jap pickups, if you are over 5 8", I am 6' and it is undriveable, I have tried. I guess if you really need a truck it works?

I used to have one. It was great. I wish I'd kept it. After owning 2 motorhomes and 3 RV's I've learned that the smaller the better. These are perfect. You can park them in auto parking spots. You can change your own flats. They get good mileage for an RV. Most of the parts in the electrics and drive-train are stock auto parts.

Have a 2008 with that just crossed 346000 miles. Drive 1000 miles a week. Got it with 164xxx miles in 2021 (its 2024 now) and still going

you can tune your H2 and replace your ignition system with hot ignition, upgrade your fuel pump and fuel injectors, replace your maf and map sensors and tune your ecm. this can be expensive if you cannot do it yourself. bye, for a vehicle that I will be keeping probably for the rest of my life, it is definitely worth it.

You can (some say should) reset your trip A so you know how many miles is on your oil. it works no matter what its set to but it will reset your trip also, for clarity, what he means by turn your vehicle on without starting, if you have a push button start you push the button without your foot on the brake. The maint required light will start flashing hold the trip reset button in until it stops flashing 3-5 seconds. Now if anyone can tell me how to program the light so it goes off at 7k miles instead of 4500 miles that would be great. Because I use synthetic oil and have my oil tested and the last change at 7300 miles the oil test said the oil was still perfectly fine. Still I will change at 7k for the sake of possible future resale I keep the receipt and oil test results. I am the second owner and the first owner had every single oil change done by the dealer at 4500-4800 miles… so as soon as that light came on its like they brought it into the dealer so when I bought the 2014 with 85000 miles on it, the carfax showed 1 owner and 17-20 oil changes on the car fax. I wonder if anyone but the dealership can actually update the carfax record? anyone know? The way I ended up with the car is I decided exactly what I wanted and went to the dealers used car area one day with a box of doughnuts and told them I wanted the next clean single owner / non smoker toyota that came in on trade and had to wait about 3 months but sure enough, they called me the day that car came in on trade I also told them not to detail it, or check or change anything before I looked at it. so I was at the dealership looking at the car literally minutes after the previous owner drove away in their brand new toyota, after I looked it over and haggled the price a little bit they went through checked everything over and detailed it and apparently for “promotional sake” they took pictures of it and whatnot and still listed it, I called the guy a couple days later and asked him why they put my car up for sale and he said “it is such a perfect example of what people want, that we list it anyway that way people call and we have them come take a look and explain that one is sold but try to sell them on a different car” I joked around and said I wanted part of his commission on the next car he sells due to my car being listed and he said I already haggled 1/2 his commission out of that one. Point is, if you want a nice used car go to the used car section of the dealership with doughnuts and tell them you want the next single owner clean well kept no collisions model of your choice that comes in on trade and tell them you don’t care how long it takes, and yeah they will try to sell you on something when you are there but tell them, I know all the good ones are sold before they come in, just put me on that list please.

I have an 03 with 101k on it. Here's a list of what went wrong with mine: Fuel pump (this was the worst as it went out on the boat ramp at Lake Mead) Water Pump Both rear window regulators were replaced and the new ones went out also. Had the gauge cluster serviced and lights replaced with LEDs. Wipers and tires Replaced the stereo with a modern one. All pretty much standard things that can go wrong with any vehicle.

For those of us who don't live near Williston, where is this road located so I can look it up on google maps?
